Isabella Colmenares is a 21 year old, fourth-year Creative Industries student at Toronto Metropolitan University specializing in Music and Live Events. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she moved to Canada in 2015 with her family and now works as an Artist Manager at ArtHaus Music, managing emerging singer-songwriter Mitch Gorman and supporting the day-to-day management of JUNO Award-winning artist TALK along with rising talents Raymond Salgado and Kuzi Cee. Her milestones include securing a distribution deal with Sony Music’s AWAL and obtaining her first government grant for an artist. A proud member of Women in Music Canada, Isabella first fell in love with the industry through her passion for live music, which led her to start volunteering at cultural events like the JUNO Awards and Canada’s Walk of Fame. She is eager to expand into the U.S. Latin market, staying connected to her heritage while exploring opportunities in marketing and PR to help shape the future of global music.
