Montreal-based vocalist Karen Myatt’s soulful sound is a musical mélange of jazz, blues, rock, worldbeat and more. Karen has appeared on the Halifax Jazz Festival’s mainstage, NYC’s Town Hall stage, on CBC Music’s East Coast Music Hour and with Symphony Nova Scotia. The artist's original music features profound lyrics with the singer's powerful vocals at its centre. Myatt's sophomore album Valise will be released in 2025 following the success of her debut record Femoir. Karen is also the host of La Voce Vita, a podcast featuring renowned female vocalists from Canada and beyond.
