I have nearly 20 years of experience in the music industry as a musician, songwriter, performer, promoter, grant juror, grant writer, tour booker, tour manager, artist manager, record label rep, music video director, event producer, sync agent, and most recently, music supervisor.

I spent many years behind the scenes in the Vancouver music community, where I served on the Board of Directors for the Safe Amplification Site Society from 2012-2015, which included starting and running an all ages venue. As a musician, I booked and promoted shows in town and started booking tours for my own bands.

I worked my way up from intern to label manager at Mint Records between 2015-2023, and during that time I contributed to the release and promotion of 45 albums. I booked and advanced tours, and served as tour manager for Mint roster artists Supermoon, Necking, and Heaven For Real. I also served as Nardwuar's B-Cam operator from 2018-2023 for interviews with Superorganism, Snail Mail, Tyler the Creator, Weyes Blood, Chai, boygenius, and Lizzo.

While co-managing the label at Mint Records, I also managed the sync licensing department, representing the label's 30-plus year catalogue for sync opportunities and helped to secure placements for Mint artists in popular shows such as Yellowjackets and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, as well as indie films Door Mouse and Infinity Pool, to name a few. Since moving on from Mint, I have started Wavepool, a new sync agency representing artists from around the world. I have also started music supervising and am looking for more opportunities to bridge the gap between the music and film & TV worlds.

I have served on the grant juries for FACTOR, Music BC, Creative BC, SaskMusic, Creative Saskatchewan, and more. I have successfully written grants for FACTOR, Music BC, Creative BC, Canada Council, and continue to freelance as a grant-writer when my schedule allows.

I am dedicated to championing independent artists and helping them to build more sustainable careers, and am available as a consultant through SaskMusic's Music Mentorship program, as well as through conferences and festivals. I am always open to opportunities to connect and share knowledge, and have been a panelist and speaker at BreakOut West, Very Prairie, Sask Sync Summit, Vancouver Asian Film Festival, and Folk On the Rocks.
