Rebecca La’Rae is a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Artist Manager at EMB Music Group, specializing in video set and stage design, artist management, branding, marketing, and executive direction. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Rebecca’s work spans from organizing tours and major showcases to designing cover art, posters, logos, web development, and digital marketing, all while elevating artist and label branding.

Raised in Winnipeg and now based in both Winnipeg and Toronto, Rebecca brings a unique blend of creativity and versatility to her projects. As a proud mom, she skillfully balances family life with her creative passions. A trained pianist with Royal Conservatory Grade 8, gifted with the ability to play by ear, and experienced in singing through competitive choral groups, Rebecca also produces original instrumentals, applying a true artist’s touch to her work.

Rebecca has contributed to major projects with Sony Music West Africa and DMW (Davido Music Worldwide), helping artists achieve RIAA platinum certifications, Billboard #1s, and Apple Music Top 10 placements in Ghana. Her creative leadership helped EMB Music Group earn a nomination at the Canada Live Music Awards and played a key role in the label’s in-house producer receiving a Grammy nomination in 2024.
