Judith Lynch has spent over 20 years working with music at CBC. In that time she has produced and directed live radio, programmed music for a number of radio shows, produced several live concerts and events and spent time writing for cbcmusic.ca
Judith was also one of the founding Co-Chairs of DiversifyCBC, CBC's Employee Resource Group for BIPOC employees, where she worked to champion diversity, foster belonging and be a catalyst for change in the way CBC thinks about people and programming.
Most recently, she created, produced and programmed CBC’s first nationally broadcast daily show dedicated to Black artists and their music, The Block.
She is currently the Executive Producer for Evening Radio, managing the excellent team of producers behind CBC Music Live, Frequencies, Reclaimed, Marvin’s Room, Saturday Night Jazz, Saturday Night Blues and, The Block.
