DESCRIPTION:Presented with liaison partners ADVANCE Canada's Black Music In
 dustry Collective\, the International Indigenous Music Summit\, and ArtHau
 s\, this program prepares women and gender-diverse professionals for execu
 tive leadership roles.
 This program is intended for mid-level industry p
 rofessionals\, in existing music companies or entrepreneurs\, with a prima
 ry goal of preparing women and gender diverse music professionals for adva
 ncement to senior management and director-level opportunities. This will s
 erve as a catalyst to create an ecosystem with more women and gender-diver
 se role models and mentors in senior positions. This new national program 
 will especially cater to intersectional women and gender-diverse people wh
 o are under-represented in organizational leadership roles in the music in
 dustry nationally.

 rsity\, equity\, and inclusion and welcomes and invites female and gender-
 diverse folks from diverse backgrounds to apply.

 ogram will be a combination of participants with paid registrations throug
 h companies\, and a portion by participants through scholarships from a ju
 ried selection. Space is limited to fifteen participants in total.
